A WALK ON DARTMOORS TORS.
Just look at the clour of the water in this little stream which is full of peat
Today Sue and I walked up both Haytor and Honeybag (I think) Tors. To any of you that view this blog that may not know a Tor is a high group of Prehistoric rock formations, there are dozens of these at varying heights all over Englands famous "Dartmoor". This is for me a difficult part of my diet regime as to now lose more weight, I need to exercise which is'nt easy with my condition so I usually take my portable oxygen cylinder on these walks.(I have lost 3st -12 lbs so far). I could'nt resist a photo of this snack wagon very apt for dartmoor eh.

I have just had some teeth taken out and that is one way to lose weight! I still can't chew properly so am living on fruit smoothies and juices! What with sore mouth and broken toe I feel I have foot and mouth!
Good for you getting up the Tors. Keep on with the exercise, it will really help you. I love Dartmoor. It's amazing.
Our old collie Meg died when she was amost 17, so your's has a long way to go. I wept buckets when she kicked hers.
